Recipe:
– Soak 1lbs of almonds and 1lbs of cashews for 24-48 hours in water. Any amount of water is good. Just be sure they are fully submerged
– Rinse and drain nuts
-The nuts will absorb water and gain weight
– Add 1lb of soaked nuts and 1 lb of water to the blender
-Blend mixture until smooth
– Strain through a cheese clothe or fine strainer. (or press in x-1 mini)
– Repeat until all soaked nuts have been blended and strained
– Add in spices and mix!
– 1 tablespoon cinnamon
– 1/2 tablespoon of fresh ground nutmeg
– 1/2 tablespoon of clove
– 1/2 tablespoon of vanilla
– 1/2 tablespoon of sea salt
– 1 tablespoon of mesquite powder
– 3 tablespoon of maple syrup
